Sending reminder emails to diplomates to pay their annual dues is now automated.

• A first reminder is sent 1st March. It also warns you that the reduced early bird rate ends at the end of March.
• A second reminder is sent 1st of April.
• A last reminder is sent 1st of May.
• The 1st of June the treasurer will receive notice of those who have not yet paid their dues and the treasurer will follow up manually.

Let's hope it works as I meant it to be...

We have disabled the possibility to log in with your username in order to improve security. You can only log in with the email address that belongs to your account.

Your username is shared with other users at our website. This could lead to a security threat by others trying to log in by guessing your password. Your email address is only shared with website managers, the treasurer and the ECC members.

The form Question to the ECC now can have multiple file attachments.

It also gives you the possibility to add a description to each attachement.
