Re-apply for registration
When your approval period is (going to be) expired, you can re-apply for offering Residency training.
Follow these steps:
(Tip: Open this page in a separate browser window so you have it available during following these steps)
- Make sure you are logged in with the user account the Institution profile is linked to. This can be a separate Institution account or your own Diplomate account.
- When you visit your Institution account you will see a list with Institution profile. Click on the profile.
- Then use the green button to add a form.
- Add an Institution application form.
- Follow the instructions and submit the form to the ECC.
When you have uploaded your new documents and submit the form, the ECC will receive a notice and will evaluate your request.
