Re-apply for registration

When your approval period is (going to be) expired, you can re-apply for offering Residency training.

Follow these steps:

(Tip: Open this page in a separate browser window so you have it available during following these steps)

  1. Make sure you are logged in with your Institution account.
  2. When you visit your Institution account you will see a link to the Institute application form for offering residency training at the bottom of the page. Click add.
  3. Then follow the instructions.

When you have uploaded your new documents and submit the form, the relevant committee will receive a notice and will evaluate your request.
