Re-apply for registration

When your approval period is (going to be) expired, you can re-apply for offering Residency training.

Follow these steps:

(Tip: Open this page in a separate browser window so you have it available during following these steps)

  1. Make sure you are logged in with the user account the Institution profile is linked to. This can be a separate Institution account or your own Diplomate account.
  2. When you visit your Institution account you will see a list with Institution profile. Click on the profile.
  3. Then use the green button to add a form.
  4. Add an Institution application form.
  5. Follow the instructions and submit the form to the ECC.

When you have uploaded your new documents and submit the form, the ECC will receive a notice and will evaluate your request.
