Registration
Registration is open. Register for the early fee until 14 August 222.

The registration fee includes:
- Admission to the all ECEIM sessions and poster session
- Admission to the exhibition area
- Daily lunch and coffee breaks
- Attending the Welcome Reception
- Attending the ECEIM Congress Dinner
- Congress e-Proceedings (paper copies of the proceedings are available at an additional fee)
- Unrestricted access to all lectures of also SIVE congress (albeit some may be in italian many will be in english) - SIVE congress will run in parallel to ECEIM congress at the hotel
Registration is only valid upon receipt of payment that must be submitted at the same time. Payments can be made by bank transfer or secured online credit card payment. Upon receipt of your completed registration form and payment, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of you registration.
Registration to workshops: it is your responsibility to ensure the workshops you book are not running simultaneously (timetable available under Scientific Program page)

Cancellation Policy
The Congress Secretariat must be notified in writing in case of cancellations. Cancellation on or before 14 August 2022: payment will be refunded after the congress minus an administration fee of 50%. For cancellations made after this date: no refunds will be made.
ECEIM also offers a registration option for the speakers’ recordings (including the Congress Proceedings).
Please that the registration link below is for the recordings only. The recordings will be available for a period of 3 months after the congress.

The official language of the congress is English.
Letter of Invitation
Please feel free to ask for an invitation letter which you can use for VISA purpose. However, this invitation does not constitute any financial obligation on behalf of the organizers for the registration fee, accommodation, travel costs or other budgetary matters. You can request an invitation letter by sending an e-mail to: l.lauvenberg@pauwelspco.nl.
Please note: We can only honor your request after you have completed your online registration and payment.
Congress badges
All participants, accompanying persons and exhibitors must wear the identification badges. Entrance to meeting rooms and exhibitions area will not be permitted to any person without badge.
Certificate of Attendance
All participants will receive a digital Certificate of Attendance by e-mail after the congress.
Currency
All payments should be made in EUROS (€). Personal cheques and foreign currency are not accepted.
Liability
Upon registration, participants agree that neither the Organizing Committee nor the Conference Secretariat can be subject to any liability concerning participation related activity. Participants should, therefore, organize their own (health and travel) insurance(s).
