Specialist Position at the Freie Universität Berlin

The Faculty of Veterinary Medicine at Freie Universität Berlin is seeking a full-time, permanent Specialist Veterinarian in Equine Internal Medicine for the Equine Clinic. The position involves clinical work with hospitalized and outpatient horses, participation in emergency services, teaching and supervising veterinary students, and involvement in clinical research. Applicants should hold a veterinary degree with a license to practice in Germany, have specialist qualifications (Dipl. ECEIM/ACVIM, Fachtierarzt/Fachtierärztin für Innere Medizin der Pferde, board-eligible ECEIM/ACVIM candidate), and demonstrate experience in clinical work, teaching, and teamwork in a university environment. The position is paid according to the German public sector salary scale (TV-L E15). Fluent German is mandatory. The application deadline is 6 April 2026.
