Internal Medicine Fellowship

Anglesey Lodge Equine Hospital is now accepting applications for our 2027 Equine Medicine Fellowship.
We are looking for enthusiastic equine vets with a strong interest in neonatology, critical care, and internal medicine. Previous referral hospital experience and/or experience managing sick foals is essential.
The successful candidate will gain extensive hands-on experience caring for over 150 ICU foals each year, alongside a wide range of medical conditions in adult and neonatal patients. This is a practical medicine position, with increasing responsibility and autonomy throughout the fellowship. It is an excellent opportunity to develop expertise in equine neonatal medicine and prepare for a future career in internal medicine, with many previous fellows progressing to residency positions.
What we offer:
•    Two 6-month seasonal positions, starting January 2027
