Equine Internal Medicine Clinician
Newmarket Equine Hospital is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Equine Internal Medicine Clinician to join our multidisciplinary team of hospital specialists. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious clinician to contribute to the development and growth of a busy and progressive equine referral hospital.
About the Role
The successful candidate will join a collaborative team of specialists, interns and nursing staff in managing a diverse caseload of referral patients. The role is primarily hospital based but will also involve attending cases on an ambulatory basis.
Responsibilities will include:
• Managing referral internal medicine cases and emergency admissions.
• Contributing to hospital rounds, case discussions, and continuing education activities.
• Participation in the hospital out-of-hours and emergency rota.
About You
We are interested in candidates who are:
• Board-certified (Dipl. ECEIM or ACVIM) and eligible to register with the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons.
• Strong communicators with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Passionate about delivering the highest standards of patient and client care.
• Team players who are also confident working independently
• Enthusiastic about clinical development, and innovation.
