18:00: Welcome reception

where: Townhall of Ghent, Botermarkt 1, 9000 Ghent (Just in front of the Congress NH Gent Belfort Hotel, hoogpoort 63, 9000 Gent)

Welcome reception in the beautiful Townhall of Ghent with of course, famous Belgian beer tasting. Belgium is the land of the beers with more than 800 original Belgian beers in all tastes and colors.

19:00: Guided tour in Ghent - sponsored by Dechra

We start from the Townhall of Ghent in small groups.

During a 1 hour walking tour you will not only learn more about Ghent and its culture, the aim is also to make you fall in love with Ghent by taking you around the city off the beaten path and by sharing unknown stories about well-known places in the city. And off course we will let you taste some typical Belgian food…After the tour you are free to explore Ghent and have dinner in a nice restaurant.

18:45: Boat Trip Ghent sponsored by Boehringer

where: The green boathouse, Korenlei 4w, 9000 Ghent

Water plays a key role in Ghent. A short boat trip (30min) will show us the city from a different view and will bring us to the annual dinner.

19:30: ECEIM Annual Dinner

where: Old Fish Market, Rekelingenstraat 5, 9000 Ghent. Dress code: casual chic.

The ECEIM Annual dinner will take place in the prestigious “Old Fish market” with local entertainment and live music.
