Payment*
1. In the transfer-remark it is absolutely essential to start with your name (= name of Diplomate or Resident!) and the reason for payment (“annual fee 20xx”, “reaccreditation fee 20xx”, “first examination application fee 20xx“ etc. as applicable) on the payment details (as a remark on the transfer document). Otherwise it is not possible to relate the transfer to your person and you’ll get several reminders for payment.
2. If the deadline for annual due payment (March 1st) is missed, the dues increase by 25%”.
3. Keep proof of your payment details.
4. Copies of conformation of the bank transfer must be included in your correspondence with the respective committee.
5. Applications will not be evaluated or processed without the associated fee being paid in full.
6. If any portion of the application has to be resubmitted the associated fee may need to be resubmitted to the discretion of the Board.
7. It is not possible to send invoices or receipts individually but a form is sent to all Diplomates who can fill in personal data and can use it as certificate in combination with the corresponding bank confirmation.
